My recovery story began in 2014. I had a counselor come alongside me and teach me how to deal with anxiety, toxic shame, depression and fear. She did it gently and without judgment. It is my joy to pay forward what I have received. I am passionate about living life free from thoughts, emotions and patterns that lead to dead ends, emotional rollercoasters and burnout. My counseling style is a holistic approach where I look at the mind, body, soul, relationships, and past experiences of my clients. My beliefs are rooted in my counseling practice. I believe complete healing comes from Jesus who provides assurance for life after death, peace for the present, and power to heal and remove what is too great for us to handle. This belief is at the heart of how I counsel but I will meet you where you are on your own recovery journey. I practice with sensitivity to each person’s unique needs in the counseling space.

My passion project is a non-profit called Desert Road Ministries. Its mission is to enrich the spiritual and mental health of ministry leaders and their families.
